| Job Summary: | | Provide advice regarding the regulations, policies, rules and guidelines to faculty, staff and graduate assistants pertaining to accounting services within the University System. This position monitors and maintains a computer-based accounting and financial reporting system that is responsive to the needs of the Spanish and Portuguese Department and all of its associated programs. This position provides financial management, purchasing and reporting for the Department's various accounts, including GPR (101), gifts and endowments (233) and UW System Trust Fund accounts. Total expenditures for the fiscal year 2006-2007 were $4.8 million. Provide general administrative assistance in support of Departmental operation. |
