| Job Summary: | | Under general supervision of the Manager of Pop's Club, is responsible for managing Pop's Club and Ed's Express. Pop's Club is a dining room serving 20,000 customers per week. Ed's Express is a complex operation serving 20,000 customers per week featuring a coffee house and ice cream bar, a Mexican food station, a sub sandwich line, a convenience store, and a pizza parlor with delivery service. |

Must have a current Wisconsin Restaurant Manager certification, or have applied
for it, upon hire. Long periods of standing and walking and frequent lifting of objects weighing approximately 50 pounds. |
