| Job Summary: | | Position manages faculty recruitment for the Department of Family Medicine (DFM) of the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH). Position also manages faculty privileging, credentialing, and orientation, faculty accountability and other related duties. This position is expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with managers, supervisor, coworkers, and all customers. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and discretion. Use effective team skills to contribute to the efficient operation of the work unit. Present ideas, carry out assignments, and provide information as required. Duties are performed under general supervision and the position reports to the Human Resources Manager. |
