| Job Summary: | | Under general supervision of the Deli Division Manager, this position manages the Daily Scoop Deli and the Open Book Cafe. This position supervises 3 permanent and 35-40 part time staff, maintains inventory; orders food, beverages, and supplies; monitos the operating budgets; provides customer sales and service; and maintains quality food, sanitation, production and service standards. |

| Additional Requirements: | |
Must possess the following certications or be able to obtain certifications
during the 12-month probationary period. 1) State of Wisconsin Restaurant Manager Certification 2) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)Certification. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to push and/or pull handcarts weighing up to 200 lbs. Ability and agility to scoop ice cream for extended period time. |
